Recycled Content
We are committed to helping our environment, both by recycling and by choosing materials with recycled content when possible. We're excited to announce that our newest cards are now printed on Wausau Feltweave 140# cover stock which is composed of 30% post-consumer recycled materials. Also, our 60# white astroparche envelopes and 60# colored envelopes are made of 30% post consumer waste as well. Look for the recycled logo.

Placing An Order

Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $15.00, before shipping and tax.

Getting a Receipt / Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation upon shipment of your order, and a receipt packed with your order.

Changing an Order
Please email us as soon as possible for order changes, since our turnaround times are fast. You will receive a reply confirming the change, with any pertinent directions. There is no extra charge for order changes.

Cancelling an Order
Please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, cancellation is possible with no extra charge. We will contact you to let you know the status of your order.

Shipment and Delivery

Shipping Terms and Methods
We ship U.S. Postal Service first class (regular mail). For large orders, we ship U.S Postal Service Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 3 days.

Our shipping and handling rates:
For orders subtotaling up to $30.00: $4.60
Orders between $30.00 and $60.00: $6.80
Orders over $60.00: $9.80

Turnaround Time
We ship within one day - all products shown on web site are in stock.
Most large volume orders can ship within one day also, but in rare cases may take longer. We will alert you immediately of the target ship date and hold payment processing until we receive your approval.

Rush Orders
Contact us if you have a rush order, and we will strive to accommodate your request.

Tracking
We provide tracking services on orders that subtotal $30.00 or more. We will send you an email containing the tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customercare@inspiriacards.com. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Security
We work with Americart, a leading shopping cart service that uses Secure Socket Layer encryption to ensure that your personal information is secure. The services they use are McAfee™ Secure and VeriSign. We do not keep or store your credit card information. We keep a copy of your order in a secure location for three years (per our bank merchant account agreement).
